摘要
以英国谢菲尔德大学为例,探析了英国高校档案管理具有显著的特点,主要表现在松散的档案管理体制、多元的档案资金来源、丰富的档案原始手稿、先进的档案管理技术、优质的档案服务质量和严格的档案借阅规定等方面,提出我国高校档案部门在发挥自己优势的基础上,应借鉴英国高校档案管理的先进经验,进一步推动我国高校档案事业的发展。
Taking the university of Sheffield, this paper introduced significant characteristics of British university archive management. The main characteristics are unconsolidated archives management system, multiple archives source of fund, rich archives original manuscript, advanced archives management technology, high quality archives service and strict archives borrowing regulations, etc. In our country, college archives departments should on the basic of their own advantages, learn the advanced experiences from British university, and promote the development of our university archives cause in the future.
