对临沧生物药业开发的探析

生物药业以可再生资源为主要原料,能源消耗少,环境污染低,是发挥临沧资源优势、促进经济协调发展、有效保护生态环境、建设资源节约和环境友好型社会的先导性、战略性支撑产业,也是增加农民收入、解决"三农"问题的有效途径。但是开发临沧生物药业存在宏观规划和指导滞后、综合协调服务能力偏弱、融资极为困难、总体种植效益差等问题,所以要从搞好宏观规划,提高协调和服务的能力,强化人才培养,提升技术水平等方面去着手相关开发工作。

Biological medicine consists mainly of renewable resources , which consume little energy, and produce little pollution. Therefore herb medicine is the privilege resources, which can facilitate the economic development , protect environment , augment the income of farmers and resolve ＂ three problems in rural area ＂ . The lack of macro-planning, backward guidance, poor comprehensive coordinated services, difficult financing, inefficient farming, etc, all these should be improved in the development of local medicine.
