摘要
客运枢纽在我国发展方兴未艾,如何提高客运枢纽服务水平,进一步方便旅客换乘是现在研究的热点问题。从旅客在客运枢纽需要的服务出发,建立枢纽旅客服务评价指标体系,利用因子分析法提取客运枢纽服务指标,建立各个服务指标因子影响模型,为枢纽客流集散服务策略有针对性的改进提供了思路与方法。
The passenger hub is just unfolding in our country, it is a hot issue that improve pas- senger hub service level so that convenient passenger transfer. Based on passenger demand in the hub, the paper establishes assessment index system of passenger hub service, extracts passenger hub service indexes utilize factor analysis, construct factor effect model of service indexes, and provides thoughts and approaches to modify hub passenger distribution service tactics.
