摘要
关键链技术的出现和发展为工程项目进度管理提供了新的理论基础。本文在对关键链技术进行系统研究的基础上对传统进度管理方法进行改进并构建基于关键链技术的进度控制模型。构建模型通过汇入缓冲、项目缓冲及资源缓冲的引入使得项目进度管理能够充分考虑资源的需求并合理消除安全时间,将本文的理论应用于某变电站项目进度管理得到了很好的效果。
The emergement and development of Key chain technologies has provided the new theo- ry basisto the project progress management, and based on the key chain technology as the foundation to the traditional project progress management method to improve and constructing model. By the way, through the import buffer, project buffer and resource buffer into makes the project schedule management give full consideration to the needs of the resources. Finally, the resultsof this theory applied were very good in actual ease.
