9FA燃机凝结水系统节能改造

摘要 9FA联合循环机组处于热备用状态时,由于余热锅炉不需要再补充凝结水,所以整个凝结水系统所需的凝结水量大大减少。此时凝结水泵的出口流量远远超过了系统实际所需的凝结水量,超过80%的凝结水量经过凝结水再循环回路重新回到了凝汽器,造成了电能的浪费。杭州华电半山发电有限公司利用机组大修期间对凝结水系统进行了改造,改变机组处于热备用状态时凝结水系统的运行方式,减少了机组处于热备用状态下的凝结水泵的运行时间,节约了大量的厂用电量。 This paper introduced the Energy-saving reform for Condensate System of Hangzhou Huadian Banshan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.to reduce the running time of the condensate pump during the Shutdown and Reserve of 9FA gas turbine plant.During the shutdown and reserve of 9FA combined cycle gas turbine plant,the Heat Recovery Steam Generator(HRSG) does not need to add the condensed water,so the need of condensed water for whole condensate system is greatly reduced.And the output condensed water flow rate of condensate pump was more than actually needed,more than 80% flow through the recycling of condensate returned to the condenser.This problem causes the waste of electrical energy.
