Neologism monitoring is one of the most important tasks of language tracing.The process of production,development and maturity of a new word,under the synergetic effects of language system and social system,is just the same as the development of life.This process can be observed comprehensively from three perspectives：vitality in one temporal point,vitality in one temporal duration and diachronical vitality curve.This research has great theoretical significance as well as broad application prospect.
