Research on Grain Production Capacity in Jilin Province

吉林省是我国重要的商品粮生产基地,粮食综合生产能力的高低直接关系到国计民生、国家战略安全和经济社会发展。分析吉林省粮食生产现状可知,从粮食生产主体能动性释放、转变生产经营方式、改革种业管理体系、完善农业科技创新成果应用评价机制等方面可以提高吉林省粮食综合生产能力。

Jilin province is an important base of commodity grain production,the overall grain production capacity affects directly the national economy and the people＇s livelihood,the strategy of national security and the economy and social development.Based on analysis of grain production status in Jilin province,suggestions of improving the overall grain production capacity in Jilin Province are as follows： releasing the main initiative from grain production,changing the mode of production and management,reforming seed industry management research and development the application system,and evaluation mechanisms of agricultural scientific and technological innovations.
