摘要
南苏丹的独立并未有效化解与苏丹之间业已存在的巨大矛盾,反而使该地区重新陷入紧张的局势。我国长期以来在南北苏丹地区有着重要的海外利益,在新形势下,我国利益也面临着冲击与挑战,如何维护好我国的海外利益也是我国政府与企业在实施"走出去"战略过程中应当认真思考的。
The independence of South Sudan hasn＇t effectively resolved the contradiction between Sudan and South Sudan,however it took the region back into tensions.This new situation has brought new challenges to our country＇s overseas interests,which should be seriously considered in the implementation of our ＂going out＂ strategy and the maintaining of China＇s overseas national interests.
