摘要
教学实效性是高校思想政治理论课教育教学活动的生命线,在现实条件下,教师主体性因素是制约教学实效性的关键,提高高校思想政治理论课教学实效性,教师需要进一步提高思想认识,创新教学方式方法,加强学术理论研究,提升综合素质修养,彰显其思想魅力、教学魅力和人格魅力。
As the teaching effectiveness is the hfeblood of educational and teaching activities in ideological and political theory courses at college, the subjectivity of teachers is the key to restricting the teaching effectiveness under realistic conditions. To improve the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses, teachers should strive to further enhance their ideological and political cognition, to innovate their teaching methods, to strengthen their academic research, and to improve their overall quality of accomplishment so as to highlight their ideological charm, teaching charm and charisma.
