随着改革开放进程的不断加快,我国的公路运输业也逐渐从形成伊始的初级阶段发展到了今天颇具规模、日益发展的蓬勃现状。作为公路运输主体的汽车,包括国营和私营在内,越来越多地加入到人员和货物运输的物流行业里来。随之而来的超载问题作为运输业内的痼疾由来已久且根深蒂固,对人员和财产造成严重危害,亟待采取相关的针对性政策来解决超载问题。

With the reform and opening up process accelerating,the road transport industry in our country gradually develops from the beginning stage to the scale of developing flourishingly situation.As the main road transport,more and more cars including public and private are joining into the personnel and cargo transport logistics industry.The problem of overload transportation is the chronic illness of long-standing and deep-rooted,which causes serious harm to personnel and property.Relevant targeted policies must be taken to solve it.
