帕利哌酮缓释片与利培酮片治疗老年期精神分裂症的对照研究

A controlled study on elderly Schizophrenia treated with paliperidone and risperidone tablets

目的:比较帕利哌酮缓释片与利培酮片治疗老年期精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法:将64例老年期精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予帕利哌酮缓释片口服,初始剂量为3 mg/d,剂量范围3～6 mg/d;对照组予利培酮片(1 mg/片)口服,起始剂量0.5 mg/d,剂量范围0.5～4 mg/d。严重失眠患者可小剂量服用苯二氮艹卓类药物,如出现锥体外系不良反应可合并使用安坦。疗程均为8周。使用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定临床疗效,使用副反应量表(TESS)评定药物不良反应。结果:观察组和对照组总有效率分别为86.7%和87.5%,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组药物不良反应相当,均未见严重不良反应。结论:帕利哌酮缓释片与利培酮片治疗老年期精神分裂症疗效相当,安全性高。

Objective： To compare the efficacy and safety of paliperidone and risperidone tablets in the treatment of elderly schizophrenia.Methods：64 elderly inpatients suffering from schizophrenia were randomly divided into paliperidone group and risperidone tablets group.Clinical effect was evaluated with Positive and Negative Symptom Scale（PANSS） and the assessment of adverse drug reaction was evaluated with Traumatic Exposure Severity Scale（TESS）.Results：There were no significant differences in the clinical effect between the two groups.And the side effect was similar in the two groups,and there were no serious adverse reaction.Conclusions：Both paliperidone and risperidone tablets are safe and effective in the treatment of elderly schizophrenia.
