术中放射治疗应用于乳腺癌保留乳房手术的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 现代术中放疗（intraoperative electron beam radiotherapy，IOERT），即手术中切除恶性肿瘤之后使用单次剂量照射，是手术与放疗结合的方式之一，具有单次大剂量的特点。其早期干预、定位准确、靠近肿瘤的直接优势，能局限瘤床，减少术后放疗剂量，减少其对皮肤、皮下组织等的损伤，同时保护皮肤，改善手术的美容效果，减少治疗的并发症。目前已应用于不同类型的肿瘤治疗。
