糖尿病肾病基底膜成分的改变 被引量:23

摘要 基底膜成分主要包括IV型胶原、层粘连蛋白、纤维连结蛋白、蛋白多糖。在糖尿病这一病理状态下 ,基底膜成分的代谢发生了改变 ,本文综述了糖尿病时基底膜成分的改变与糖尿病性微血管并发症之间的关系。
