摘要
妊娠期高血压病(HDCP)是妊娠期特有的疾病,对母婴健康造成严重危害。研究发现脂肪细胞因子在HDCP中的发生、发展有一定的作用。越来越多的脂肪细胞因子被发现,如瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子α、脂联素、内脂素、抵抗素、白细胞介素6-等,这些脂肪细胞因子可能通过胰岛素抵抗、内皮细胞损伤等机制参与HDCP的发生。明确这些因子的作用机制和功能,可能为HDCP提供新的预防、治疗措施。
Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP)is a pregnancy-specific diseases,seriously impacting the maternal and child health.Studies found that adipocytokines play a certain role in the genesis and development of HDCP.More adipocytokines were founded,including leptin,TNF-alpha,adiponectin,visfatin,resistin,IL-6 and so on,which may be involved in HDCP genesis through mechanisms such as insulin resistance and endothelial cell damage.Understanding the mechanisms and function of adiocytokines may provide effective novel preventive and therapeutic strategies to HDCP.
