摘要
非小细胞肺癌恶性程度高,预后差,已成为世界上难以治疗的肿瘤之一。X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)是新发现的细胞内源性凋亡抑制蛋白家族的主要成员,是最重要的凋亡抑制因子,它可以直接抑制半胱氨酸蛋白酶(caspase)并多途径调节细胞凋亡。近年的研究发现,XIAP与非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展及耐药性有着密切联系,并可能成为非小细胞肺癌的治疗新靶点。
Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is highly malignant with poor prognosis,and has become one of the refractory tumors in the world.X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein(XIAP)is a newly found key member of family of endogenous inhibitor of apoptosis protein in cells,which is the most important inhibitor of apoptosis,can directly inhibit caspases and regulat apoptosis through multiple ways.Studies in recent years found that XIAP has a close relationship with NSCLC drug resistance development,and is likely to become a new target for the treatment of the disease.
