摘要
唾液是口腔腺体分泌的一种重要的生物流体物质,当机体发生某种疾病时,唾液中某些成分会发生变化,唾液中发生变化的这些生物标志物在血液中均可检测到,只是浓度较低。对唾液分泌通路、唾液中生物标志物与疾病相关性的深入研究以及敏感的分子诊断技术的应用,使唾液作为标本用于疾病的诊断成为可能,同时也将开辟疾病快速无创诊断的新途径。
Saliva is an important biofluid secreted from oral glands.Some of the saliva components can change when some diseases occur.Most of the biomarkers present in saliva can be detected in blood,just the concentration is lower.Saliva as a sample will be used to diagnose diseases with the detailed studies of salivary gland physiology,deeper research of correlation between saliva biomarkers and diseases,and the application of sensitive molecular analysis,meanwhile a new rapid and noninvasive diagnosis will be created as well.
