骨髓间充质干细胞对1型糖尿病的治疗作用

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)具有不断自我更新的特性和多向分化的潜能,在体外可被诱导分化为胰岛样细胞,并发挥类似β细胞的作用。另外,BMSCs所特有的低免疫原性及其免疫调节作用可能通过抑制免疫细胞参与的β细胞的自身免疫攻击,从病因上根治1型糖尿病,为临床1型糖尿病的治疗提供一条新思路。 Due to the constant self-renewal capacity and high potential of multilineage differentiation,bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)can be induced to form pancreatic islet-like cells in vitro,which can play the same role as pancreatic islet cells.Besides,their peculiar low immunogenicity and immunomodulation may restrain the auto-immune attacking to beta cells,and cure the type 1 diabetes from the etiology,which might lead to a new cell replacement therapy for type 1 diabetes in clinical.
