摘要 髌股疼痛综合征(PEPS)临床发生率高,但病因复杂,诊断及评估手段有限。准确客观地评定股外侧肌及股内斜肌的肌肉功能状态有助于进一步了解其发病机制、指导康复治疗及疗效评价。表面肌电图可以在一定程度上反映肌肉活动水平和功能状态的变化,具有无创性、敏感性、客观性等优点,应用于PEPS的康复评定及治疗中,已成为近年来的研究热点。 The patellofemoral pain syndrome(PFPS)has a high incidence rate,however,consensus regarding the etiology has not been reached yet.Further study on the muscular functions of vastus lateralis and vastus medialis obliquus is beneficial to the management of this syndrome,including understanding of the pathogenesis,guiding the rehabilitation treatment and therapeutic effect assessment.The surface electromyography(sEMG)can evaluate the neuromuscular function state and activity level.It is a non-invasive and simple procedure which has high sensitivity and objectivity.In the past few years,sEMG has been used in the evaluation and treatment of PFPS and become the focus of research.
