CT灌注成像在脑血管疾病中的应用进展

摘要 作为一种功能成像,CT灌注能够早期发现超急性脑梗死,界定半暗带,评估脑梗死后出血转化的风险,为脑梗死的诊治、预后提供影像学依据;还能够反映短暂性脑缺血发作、慢性血管闭塞性疾病的脑血流动力学改变,对梗死前期的脑组织进行影像学评价;同时可以预测蛛网膜下隙出血后的血管痉挛;在脑血管疾病的诊治与预后判定中具有重要价值。 As a functional imaging,CT perfusion imaging can early discover hyperacute cerebral infarction,define the ischemic penumbra,assess the risk of the hemorrhagic transformation after infarction,and provide image evidence for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of infarction,which can also reflect the hemodynamic changes in the brain parenchyme in transient ischemic attack,chronic occlusive cerebrovascular disease,evaluate the pre-infarction tissues imaging,and predict vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage,thus has a significant value for the clinical treatment and prognosis of cerabral vascular diseases.
