鼻内镜下鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术的疗效观察

Observation on Effects of Nasal Endoscopic Surgery for Sinusitis and Nasal Polyp

目的探讨鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床效果。方法选择澄迈县人民医院2007年10月至2011年10月收治的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者300例,诊断均符合海口会议制订的鼻窦炎鼻息肉诊断标准,上述患者在局麻或者全麻下行鼻内镜鼻窦鼻息肉手术。采用Messer Kinger术式。结果本组患者中,术后并发症发生率为1.67%。300患者中治愈267例,好转23例,无效10例,总有效率为89.0%。结论鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉临床效果显著。鼻内镜术具有术野清晰、视野广、操作准确、创伤小、避免颅鼻面切口、降低复发率等优点,值得借鉴。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of nasal endoscope for the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods 300 cases with sinusitis and nasal polyps（all in compliance with the sinusitis and nasal polyps diagnosis standard set up at Haikou meeting）from Oct.2007 to Oct.2011 in People′s Hospital of Chengmai County were performed nasal endoscope operation under local anesthesia or general anesthesia.Messer Kinger procedure was adopted.Results Postoperative complications rate was 1.67%.The clinical effect：267 were cured,23 were improved,and 10 had no effect,the total effective rate was 89.0%.Conclusion The treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps with nasal endoscope has obvious clinical effect.It has clear operative field and broad vision which allows accurate operation and less trauma,free from skull and nasal incision and lower recurrence rate,thus is worth learning.
