镉、铬离子对大型水蚤(Daphnia magna)毒性的协同作用

Combined Toxic Effectes of Cadmium and Chromium on the Water Fleas (Daphnia magna)

在单一毒性实验的基础上进行 1∶1和 2∶1浓度的配比实验 ,观察镉、铬离子对大型水蚤的毒性。结果表明 ,不同配比的浓度对大型水蚤的毒性均大于单一毒性 ,用相加指数法计算的AI值 ,均大于零 ,显示具有协同作用。

The present work evaluates the coeffects of Cadmium and Chromium on the water fleas.AI value 1∶1 and 2∶1 of Cd:Cr were tested.The results indicated that the coordinated toxicity on the different ratio of Cadmium and Chromium was stronger than that of Cadmium or Chromium individually.AI value calculated by a additive index method was >0 which has shown the coordinated toxicity of cadmium and Chromium on water fleas.
