本文综述了激光质谱(LMS)的发展历史、原理、特点和最新进展,阐述了激光质谱在地质矿产、有机生物、环境样品分析和核工业中的应用。讨论了激光质谱分析技术的发展方向,指出了现存的主要问题,给出了可能的解决方案。
The progress of laser mass spectrometry(LMS) was introduced.Its history and principle characteristics were reviewed.The research and applications of LMS in geology,mining,organics,biochemistry,environment and nuclear industry were given.The trend of LMS in the future was outlined,and the main issue and the available solutions were discussed.
