摘要
平衡计分卡是一种将战略、行为与结果一体化的执行工具和绩效评价制度。在幼儿园绩效管理中应用平衡记分卡,要求首先确定办园目标,而后围绕办园目标拟定幼儿园绩效评价维度和指标。在具体操作中,幼儿园应注意在引导全体教职员工达成一致愿景的前提下,科学合理地量化第三级岗位绩效评价指标,同时防止将评价的结果仅用于对教职员工的惩罚。
The balanced scorecard is a strategies, behavior and results. To use such kindergarten's goals and develop the targets. kind of performance evaluation system which can integrate system in the kindergarten, we should first determine the Its results should not be related with the punishments onteachers.
