合作教学模式下中外教师英语口语教学的问题与对策——以江西外语外贸职业学院为例

Problems of Chinese and Foreign Teachers in Oral English Teaching and the Countermeasures under Cooperation Teaching Model——The Case of Jiangxi Vocational College of Foreign Language and International Business

中外英语教师合作教学模式下,英语口语教学中存在中外教师地位不平等、中外教师互动不够、教材不适应和班级容量大等问题,应该通过提升教师的合作理念、做好充分的课前准备、充实教学内容和采取小组合作学习方式等加以解决。

Under the cooperation teaching model of Chinese and foreign teachers, some problems exist in the oral English teaching such as unequal status of Chinese and foreign teachers, insufficient interaction between Chinese and foreign teachers, inadaptable textbook and oversize class capacity, which should be settled by improving teachers＇ philosophy of cooperation, making full preparation before class, enriching teaching contents and adopting group cooperation learning mode, etc.
