摘要
为确定催芽机播小麦种子适宜的浸种条件,选用小麦品种偃展4110,将其种子在不同温度、不同时间下分别浸种,分析了种子吸水特性与种子回干后的活力。结果表明,在种子吸水率相当的条件下,采用较低的温度浸种,浸种液的电导率较低,即能够减少种子内含物渗出量,并且种子吸胀率较小。与其它浸种处理相比,30℃浸种6 h和40℃浸种4 h下小麦种子简化活力指数较高。30℃浸种6 h处理既保证了种子发芽率和活力,又相对适合机械化播种。
The wheat cultivar Yanzhan4110 was used for investigating the effects of soaking condition on water absorbent characteristic and vigor of wheat grain.The results showed that the seed soaked in low temperature water had low exudation amount of inclusions and imbibition rate under the same water absorption rate.Seed soaked in 30℃ water for 6 hours and 40℃ water for 4 hours had high simplified vigor index.It showed that suitable soaking condition was 30℃ water 6 hours.The reason was it that not only guarantee the seed germination rate and vigor,and alse is relatively suitable for mechanized seeding.
