杀虫原药在不同溶剂中药效及稳定性观察

摘要 采用GB13 917 1 92喷射剂的室内药效测定方法中的直接喷雾方法 ,测试相同配方不同溶剂杀虫剂放置不同时间的杀虫效果。结果 :3种杀虫原药在煤油制剂中的药效最好 ,KT5 0值下降率最小。但从安全经济、稳定有效等方面综合考虑 ,加入适当的乳化剂和稳定剂 ,以水作溶剂应为室内卫生杀虫剂今后发展的趋势。 To examine the killing efficacies and it's stability of three pyrethroids indifferent solvents.Methods:The indoor efficacies of the pyrethroids are determined by direct spraying,the stabilities of those pyrethroids were measured by storing them in different solvents for various times.Results:The best efficacies and the minumum decrease of the KT 50 over the entire storing period for the three pyrethriods are achieved with kerosene as their solvents.Conclusions:To achive a high efficacy and an excellent stability,kerosene is the best solvent for pyrehtroids.Taking the safety,economy efficacy and stability into consideration,the water,if supplied with proper emusifier and stabilizer,in the best solvent of the household insecticides in the future. in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (NHIE) and the relationship between them and degree seriousness of NHIE. Methods Of 59 full term neonates suffering from NHIE were measured the concentrations of T 3,T 4,FT 3,FT 4,TSH,ACTH,C,INS,GC,CT,PTH,GH with radioimmunoassay. The concentrations of BS and blood calcium were also detected. Results There exist endocrinal and metabolic disorders in NHIE.They included low T 3 syndrome,the concentrations of C were higher and calcium were lower in NHIE. BS were slightly higher in mild group than those of controls. BS were lower or higher, ACTH,GC and CT were higher but INS,PTH and GH were lower in middle and severe degree of NHIE than those of controls. The worse degree seriousness of NHIE was,the more significant changes were. Conclusion The concentrations of T 3,T 4,Cand BS may be looked on as indicators to judge the degree seriousness of NHIE.
