饲粮阴离子配比对母猪生殖机能与血清生化指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 选取胎次相近、体况相似、健康状况良好的长×大二元杂交空怀母猪100头,将其均分成5组,每组20头。第1、2、3、4、5组母猪被分别喂以D1、D2、D3、D4、D5试验饲粮。在饲养试验期间,测定母猪窝产仔数,仔猪初生重、成活率、断奶重,母猪产后发情间隔天数(空怀天数)、返情率等繁殖指标;并分别于母猪采食试验饲粮后5d、孕后30d、产仔后7d,每组取8头母猪前腔静脉采血,测定血清中Cl-、Na+、HCO3-、FSH、LH、Pg含量,GPT、GOT活性等生化参数。根据各项指标测定的结果可推断:第3组母猪饲粮中阴离子的配比(即添加:NaCl 0.40%、NaHCO30.40%)最宜;其次是第4组母猪饲粮中阴离子的配比(即添加:NaCl 0.40%、NaHCO30.80%)较宜;再次是第2组母猪饲粮中阴离子的配比(即添加:NaCl 0.40%、NaHCO30.80%)。第1、5组母猪饲粮中阴离子的配比似乎不够理想,即母猪饲粮中添加的NaCl过少(0.20%)或过多(0.80%)。 Effects of formulas of anions in diet on the reproductive performance and serum biochem- ical parameters of sows were studied in this experiment. One hundred hybrid sows ((Landrace × Yorkshire)of healthy, similar age and body condition were divided into 5 groups of 20 each. The group 1,2,3,4,5 sows were fed on D1, D2, D3, D4, D5 diet, respectively. During the feeding experi- ment,litter size, the birth weight, survival rate and weaning weight of the piglets, the days open and returning rate to service of sows were surveied. The Cl- ,Na+ ,HCO3- ,FSH,LH and Pg con- centrations and GOT,GPT activities in serum of sows on the day 5 of the feeding experiment pei rod,the month 1 of gestation peirod and the day 7 after parturition were measured. The experi- mental results based on the reproductive performance and serum biochemical parameters of sows suggested that the formula of anions (NaC1 0.40% ,NaHCO3 0.40%)in the D3 diet was optimal; secondly the formula of anions (NaC1 0.40% ,NaH COa 0.80%)in D4 diet;the formulas of anions in D1 and D5 diets were unsuitable for reproductive performance of sows.
