再论文化大发展大繁荣背景下成人教育可为性

Another Analysis of Adult Education for the Contemporary Culture Development

成人教育是继续教育的一种,属于特殊的再造性教育,其特殊性由于其对象所居之地位、所起之作用而获得彰显。整体意义上的继续教育对象既是两种生产和再生产的主要承担者和唯一支撑者,也是弘扬和发展民族优良传统文化、建设和创造包孕现代性引领现代化的时代文化的重要动力。在当代中国,文化大发展大繁荣是社会发展规律和人类文明进步的鲜明体现,也是客观规律积极作用于时代的内在要求,是人的现代性发展和加快现代化进程的主观诉求。作为社会建设的中坚力量,继续教育之对象对此担当重任:不仅提升、改造、强化自身,而且抚养、教育、塑造未来接班人,同时抚慰、承续、保障老年人;在其所肩负的历史重任中积极进行文化传承与创新发展意义重大。文章着重论述成人教育在当前文化建设中的五项主要功能和职责。

Education is featured with its mainbody of objects and supporting functions, its objects acting the supporting force for the two kinds of production and reproduction, in which their responsibility for inheritance of the history and traditional culture proves to be inclusive and very important. Contemporarily, to realize great development and full prosperity of the Chinese culture expresses the inner demand of the objective laws and the desired request of the people. Among the elements of culture, education, especially the a- dult education is naturally invested with the strong functions and influence, of which the followings seem to be dominant ： to assure the adult of their shouldering their mission ; to lead the children on road of healthy upgrowth; to help the senior with happiness of their later life. Accordingly, adult education does not only takes so much responsibility but also is endowed with so many possibilities to realize and opportunities to grasp.
