摘要
中央广播电视大学开放教育发展至今,已经在现代远程教育中发挥了重要的作用,但它同时也面临着教学模式改革需进一步深化的问题。加强对开放教育现代远程教学模式的不断探索,寻找与现代信息技术发展同步的适应当代成人学习特点的教学方法,是提高其教学质量的关键。文章在2007年开放教育总结性评估时所建立的教学模式的基础上,针对开放教育学生的特点,剖析基层电大教学点的开课率低、学生学习主动性低和资源利用率低的"三低"现象,阐述如何改进信息技术环境下的开放教育的教学工作,旨在为处在准分离状态的开放教育师生破解面授困难,提高教学效果,为深化开放教育的教学模式改革提供帮助。
So far, the open education of CRIVU has been playing an important role in modern distance learning, yet it is also faced with the problem of deepening the reform of teaching patterns. The key to upgrade the teaching quality is to strengthen the exploration of modern distance teaching patterns and to seek the teaching method which keeps pace with the development of modern IT and adapts to contemporary grownups ' learning. The paper is based on the teaching patterns set up during the concluding assessment of open education in 2007. It analyses, in view of the characteristics of open education students, these three phenomena :low proportion of courses offered, students' poor initiative for learning and low ratio of resources utilization. It expounds how to improve the design of teaching activities and teaching method in open education in IT environment. The paper aims to solve the classroom teaching difficulty for the teachers and students who are in the state of partial separation, to raise the teaching effect and to offer help to the reform of open education ' s teaching patterns.
