目的:建立"以患者为中心,服务与临床"的影像诊断新型流程,提升医院的诊疗效率和综合竞争力。方法:把各种医学影像以数字化的方式保存起来,同时搭配诊断管理功能。结果:PACS/RIS使医疗信息资源达到充分的共享,同时优化了医院和检查科室的工作流程。结论:此系统成功实现了以信息流代替患者流,既方便患者就诊,又方便医生诊断,降低了运营成本,提高了工作效率和医院管理水平。

Objective To develop a new imaging diagnosis flow with the tenet of Patients Oriented and Clinic served.Methods All kinds of medical images were stored digitally,with the diagnosis management realized.Results PACS/RIS made the medical information sources shared and the work flow of the hospital and clinical laboratory department optimized.Conclusion The system replaces the patient flow with the information flow and facilitates the diagnosis and treatment,with the cost decreased and efficiency increased.
