摘要
根据湖南某长石的矿石性质,进行了反浮选除杂试验研究。用碳酸钠作为助磨剂,用盐酸作为pH调整剂,用脂肪酸类混合捕收剂CSU-HY作为钛、铁等杂质矿物的捕收剂,可以有效去除长石矿中的钛、铁等杂质。在条件试验的基础上进行了长石除杂全流程试验,可以获得产率和白度分别为71.30%和51.70%的长石精矿产品。采用本研究所用的工艺流程,可以对选矿废水进行回用处理,选矿废水回用后长石产品指标几乎不变。
According to the properties of feldspar ores from Hunan, experimental study on mineral processing have been conducted. Impurities were successfully separated from the feldspar minerals with Na2 CO3 as grinding aid, HCI as pH regulator, CSU-HY as a collector for impurities containing Fe and Ti. A whole flowsheet test was conducted on the basis of conditional experiments, with which a feldspar concentrate with a yield of 71.30% and a whiteness of 51.70% was obtained. The beneficiation waste water could be reused with the technology used in this research. The feldspar concentrate indexes changed little when the heneficiation wastewater was reused.
