Fatigue Design of the Diaphragm Flexible Coupling

对一种新型膜盘式柔性联轴节抗疲劳设计方法进行了探讨。给出了膜盘式柔性联轴节载荷谱的确定、有限元应力分析、疲劳寿命估算、结构优化设计过程中的有关处理方法。针对某型号传动系统中的一膜盘式柔性联轴节进行了抗疲劳设计并进行了试验验证,计算与试验结果表明,所采用的方法是有效的。

Fatigue design method for the diaphragm flexible coupling is investigated, and the load spectrum, FEM stress analysis, fatigue life assessment, structural optimization methods for the flexible coupling are discussed. One of the diaphragm flexible couplings of a transmission system is design by using the proposed procedure, the computation and experiments results indicate that the procedure proposed here is efficient.
