摘要
凸轮机构在机械设备中经常被采用。而当从动件的运动规律比较复杂,解析表达式较繁琐时,传统的凸轮设计方法则效率过低。此时,可采用计算机软件辅助设计凸轮机构,并仿真验证其结果,最终可满足设计要求,并在工程中应用。其中,可采用MATLAB计算获得理论数据,三维建模软件Solid-Works建立模型。最终,可用机械动力学仿真软件Adams验证设计结果,得出结论。
The cam mechanism is often used in machinery. The efficiency of traditional cam design method is low when the law of follower motion is complex and the analytical expression is burdensome. Designing the cam mechanism by software and simulating the results can meet these design requirements. This design method can also be used in engineering. MATLAB can calculate the theoretical data and SOLIDWORKS can help in modeling. At last, conclusion is reached after verifying the design results by ADAMS.
