摘要
基于多输入多输出时域模态方法对汽车变速器总成进行了模态试验分析,运用DASP/MIMO测试系统建立了变速器总成的3个拾振点的测试模型,得到了变速器低阶固有频率及振型;在试验规定的输入转速条件下比较了齿轮啮合频率与变速器固有频率,为变速器振动噪声分析提供了依据。
The auto transmission assembly modal test is analyzed based on the multiple input and multiple output time domain mode methods, and with the use Of DASP/MIMO test system, the transmission assembly test model is established in three vibration pickup points, then, the transmission low order natural frequency and vibration model are obtained. Under the input speed condition provided by test, the gear meshing frequency is compared with transmission natural frequency, and this provide a basis for transmission vibration noise analysis.
