摘要
为改善矿用车辆传动系统的可靠性和效率低下的问题,针对十字轴式刚性万向节多传动轴模型进行了理论分析和ADAMS运动学仿真分析。得出输入传动轴、中间铰接轴以及输出传动轴的角速度曲线,证明了两轴有交角情况下万向节的不等速性;输入输出平行传动可抵消两个万向节的不等速效应;以及交角过大导致传动故障的重要结论,为传动装置设计工作提供了有效依据。
In order to improve the reliability and efficiency of the transmission system of mining vehicle, a theoretical analysis and ADAMS kinematics simulation is carried out to the muhi - drive shafts model containing rigid universal joint with cross shaft. From the analysis, the angular curve of input shaft, middle articulated shaft and output shaft is educed, and the consequences that the unequal angle of the universal joint will cause the unequal velocity, different speed between two universal joints can be offset by the input and output parallel transmission, and larger angel of the universal joint may lead to transmission failure are proved, so all of these conclusions will provide an effective theoretical basis for design of the transmission system.
