外源激素浸穗处理对云油茶扦插育苗效果的影响

Effect of Exogenous Phytohormone on Cutting Propagation of 'Yunyou' Series of Camellia oleifera

以云南省油茶良种云油茶3#、4#、9#、13#、14#的插穗为试验材料,通过扦插育苗试验探讨了应用不同浓度激素类型溶液作浸穗处理对5个云油茶良种扦插苗生根、成活、生长的影响。研究结果表明:(1)与清水浸穗处理的对照相比,以生根粉6号(ABT6)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)3种外源激素溶液作浸穗处理对云油茶扦插苗的成活率、生根率、平均根长具有明显的促进作用;(2)用浓度50 mg/L的3种激素溶液作浸穗处理的云油茶扦插苗的生根率、成活率、平均根长3个指标极显著低于100 mg/L、150 mg/L、200 mg/L、500 mg/L 4种浓度处理;用浓度200 mg/L激素溶液处理的云油茶扦插苗生根率、成活率、平均根长3个指标极显著高于其他4种浓度处理;用浓度150 mg/L与500 mg/L激素溶液浸穗处理的云油茶扦插苗的生根率、成活率、平均根长3个指标均无显著性差异;(3)所有激素类型溶液浸穗处理的云油茶扦插苗的生根率、成活率、平均根长3个指标都在200 mg/L浓度处理上达到峰值,表明应用3种激素对云油茶作浸穗处理的最适浓度在200 mg/L左右(本试验为150～200 mg/L或200～500 mg/L间)。由此可知,应用生根粉6号(ABT6)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)3种激素溶液作浸穗处理,均能获得良好的云油茶扦插育苗的促育效果。

Taking superior Camellia oleifera＇Yunyoucha 3＇,＇Yunyoucha 4＇,＇Yunyoucha 9＇,＇Yunyoucha 13＇,＇Yunyoucha 14＇as experiment material,the effects of different hormone types and concentration on rooting,survival,and growth of the cuttings were studied.The results showed that：（1） Compared to the treatment of soaking cuttings in clean water,the soaking treatment with three exogenous hormones including rooting powder NO.6（ABT6）,indole butyric acid（IBA） and naphthylacetic acid（NAA） had obvious effects on the survival rate,rooting rate and average root length of the camellia cuttings;（2） Three indicators of the rooting rate,survival rate and the average root length by treating the cuttings with three exogenous hormones of 50 mg/L were obviously lower than that of 100 mg/L,150 mg/L,200 mg/L,500 mg/L;three indicators by treating with 200 mg/L were obviously higher than the other 4 treatments;three indicators by treating with 150 mg/L and 500 mg/L showed no significant differences;（3） Three indicators of all hormones reached a peak in the treatment with 200 mg/L,which declared that the optimal concentration was 200 mg/L.It indicated that treating the camellia cutting with ABT6,IBA and NAA had good effects on propagation.
