摘要
为了对离散车间进行科学、有效的绩效评价,提出了基于FAHP的离散制造车间绩效评价方法。首先,在分析离散制造车间生产系统之后,从管理能力、生产能力和服务能力3个方面构建了一套离散制造车间的绩效评价指标体系;其次,提出了运用FAHP法对离散制造车间绩效进行综合评价的步骤;最后,实证分析了某企业制造车间中存在的具体问题及解决策略。FAHP法为离散制造车间的评价提供了一种新的方法。实例验证分析表明,该方法对提高离散制造企业车间绩效有重要的促进作用。
In order to scientifically and effectively evaluate the performance of discrete manufacturing workshop, it analyzes the workshop production systems, constructs a set of performance evaluation index system of discrete manufacturing workshop from the aspects such as the management, production and service capability, proposes the steps of the workshop performance evaluation with FAHP. It implements an empirical analysis on the specific problems and solution strategies of the enterprise in the manufacturing workshop. The study provides a new ap- proach to the evaluation of discrete manufacturing workshop. The application shows that the approach has an important role in improving the performance of the workshop of a discrete manufacturing enterprise.
