摘要
推导计算出泵的流量、扬程、功率与转速的关系式,在此基础上,根据电机变频调速原理导出了泵的流量、扬程、功率与电源频率的关系式。介绍了变频调速的实现方法,并以某一交流电动泵为例进行变频试验,试验结果验证了所推导的关系式。本工作对同类产品的变频调速具有一定的参考意义。
It derivates the formula for the capacity and head of the pump, power and speed, establishes the relationship about the capacity and head of the pump, power and power frequency. Based on the realization method of frequency control of motor speed, it takes AC electric pump as an example for variable frequency test, the results verify the derived formula.
