摘要
对电磁铆接设备的电磁干扰问题进行了理论分析,结合设备充、放电分步进行的工作方式,提出了一种时域隔离的抗干扰方法,即在充电时,对放电电路进行隔离;在放电时,对充电电路进行隔离。实验发现,采用上述隔离方法,设备控制系统的抗干扰能力和可靠性大幅度提高。
Based on the analysis of the electromagnetic interference for electromagnetic riveting equipment, it combines equipment imitation and discharge process, puts forward a time domain isolation anti -jamming methods. In the fast- recharging, this method isolates the discharge circuit and isolates the charging circuit in the discharge. The experiment shows that the isolation methods can improve the equipment control system of anti - jamming and reliability greatly.
