摘要
为得到发动机支架材料合理分配的拓扑结构形式,对原始的横梁结构进行了拓扑优化分析,并根据密度等值面分布图对结构进行人工处理,设计出两种发动机支架方案。通过有限元分析和强度试验,证实方案一结构所受最大应力小、受力分布均匀,更加符合设计要求。发动机支架的成功设计表明,拓扑优化是一种有效的结构概念设计方法,能够为工程设计人员提供合理的结构设计参考方案。
In order to obtain the topological structure of materials reasonable assigned of engine support, the analysis of topology optimization was done to original structure, and the result was artificially treated according to the distribution map of iso-surface of density, thus two kinds of scheme of engine support was designed. The result of finite element analysis and strength test indicates that the structure of first scheme bears smaller maximum stress and uniform distribution of stress and is more in line with the de- sign requirements. Therefore engine support successful designed indicates that the topology optimization is a kind of effectively method of structural concept design and can provide reasonable reference scheme of structural design for engineering designers.
