摘要
结合钛合金零件的加工特点,对钛合金薄壁零件进行深入分析,通过切削刀具材料、刃磨角度、切削要素、加工流程、浇注方式和夹紧力的制定等参数选择,解决钛合金薄壁零件精度高、难加工和易变形的切削难题。提高零件加工质量,从而达到保证零件尺寸精度及形位公差的目的。
Based on the fundemental of low maching efficiency and brief analysis on hard-maching characteristic, the thesis has made a deeply analyzes on processing and distortion technology of thin-wall titanium alloy element, combining with the processing chanacteristic. Through composing the parameter of processing cutter material of titanium, angle selection, cutting element, pro- cessing process, casting way and power of pressing, the thesis provided the solution of processing of the thin-wall titanium element with the features of high accuracy, hard-to-machining, and easy to disformation. The elemeat processing quality has been im-proved, the accuracy of the element size and the form and position tolerance have been achieved.
