摘要
在面向未来的产品概念设计过程中,用户需求是实现产品可用性最相关的因素。角色法作为一种实用的用户建模方法,可以有效地在用户研究的基础上发掘用户的潜在需求,为设计寻求切入点。提出了将角色法应用于未来产品概念设计调研的过程、步骤、方法和优点,重点论述了角色创建的方法和使用规则,并以头脑风暴法和层次分析法为核心,对角色在如何帮助设计师更好地获取消费者需求方面做了积极的尝试。最后以未来移动上网设备概念设计为例,对角色法进行了验证。
In future-oriented product concept design process, understanding user needs is the most relevant factor to achieve prod-uct availability. Persona as a practical method of user modeling can be effective to explore the needs and potential needs of users on the basis of the user research, to find an entry point for the design. The process, steps, methods and advantages of applying Per- sona to product concept design were presents ,focusing on the methods of creating persona and the rules for using. And do a posi- tive attempt in researching how can Brainstorming and AHP be help designers to get the user needs better with Persona. Finally taking conceptual design of future mobile internet devices as an example, Persona was verified.
