摘要
针对目前国内现有的自卸车举升泵内嵌式安全阀存在的不足,研制一种新型自卸车举升泵内嵌式安全阀。分析现有安全阀中弹簧断裂的原因。通过对现有的安全阀结构进行改进,有效抑制了其阀芯和弹簧的振荡,防止弹簧断裂失效。运用Fluent数值仿真软件并结合VC++软件对改进前后的内嵌式安全阀内部流场进行可视化模拟,对影响该阀动态特性的相关因素进行分析。通过仿真分析和工业试验,进一步验证了新型内嵌式安全阀的结构合理,能够达到设计要求。
For the limitation of the relief valve embedded in the dump trucks lifting pump at present, a new type of embedded re-lief valve using in dump trucks lifting pump was introduced. The spring failure mechanism of the existing embedded relief valve was analyzed. The vibration level of the spring and the valve core in the embedded relief valve was notably reduced by improving the existing structure, and so preventing the fracture failure of the spring. The visual simulation of the internal flow field of the two type relief valves were simulated by using Fluent and VC + + , and the factors which affecting the dynamic characteristics of the relief valve was analyzed. The results of the simulation and the industrial test show that the structure of the new type relief valve is reasonable, and it can achieve the requirements to the embedded relief valve.
