变频调速技术已经广泛地应用到工业领域,在起重机行业,由于变频调速优点较多,也有较大范围的应用。但变频器在个别应用场合存在价格高,维护困难,故障频繁,高次谐波干扰其它电气元件的正常运行等问题,需要找到一种能克服以上缺点的调速技术来解决变频器存在的问题。针对以上问题,提出了变极调速技术,对变极调速技术的原理进行细致的分析,阐明变极调速的关键所在,及在起重机行业解决实际问题的具体方法,从而满足了特殊应用场合的要求,达到调速目的的同时,解决了变频调速存在的问题。

Frequency control technology has been applied in industry widely.Due to the advantage of frequency control technique,it is widely used in crane trade also.But in some situation,the application of the frequency converter exists some problems,such as high price,maintenance difficulty,frequent converter faults,disturbance to other electrical element＇s normal operation caused by the high harmonic etc.For solving the problem above,the paper put forward the pole-changing speed adjustment technology,analysis the theory and the keys of the technology,and the useage method in the crane industry in detail.The pole-changing speed adjustment technology meet the requement of the speed adjustment.At the same time,it solved the existent problem of the frequency converter,has satisfied the special application situation request.
