摘要
某公司火法炼锌主体设备蒸馏炉开炉时多年来一直沿用焦炭作填充物,本文介绍了利用废旧石墨替代焦炭的生产实践及其技术条件控制。实践表明,该方法节能效果好,同时改善了操作环境,设备运行稳定。
A company has used the primary energy coke as filling materials in blowing-in zinc pyrometallurgy retort for many years.This paper describes how to substituting the waste graphite for the coke and how to control the production condition.The production practice has demonstrated that this process not only save energy,but also improve the operating environment and keep the equipment in good condition.
