In the 12th Five-Year Plan of China Nonferrous Metal Group,the equipment manufacture has been listed as the fourth main business segments,and then the contruction strategic of Shenyang equipment manufacturing base has been put forward.This article expounds in detail about Shenyang equipment manufacturing base from removing the whole company,deepening the systems reform,construting the multiplex service platform,adjusting the product structure,informationization.
