摘要
通过4-芳基-5-(5-甲基异噁唑-3-基)-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫醇和α-溴代乙酰葡萄糖在KOH/EtOH体系中进行糖苷化反应,制得4个S-β-D-乙酰葡萄糖苷。后者在饱和氨气的甲醇溶液中水解脱去乙酰基得到4个新的S-β-D-葡萄糖苷。新化合物结构经1HNMR、FAB-MS和元素分析确证。
The direct glycosylation of 4-aryl-5-(5-methylisox- azol-3 -yl ) - 1,2,4 -triazo1-3 -thiols with 2,3,4,6 -tetra-O -aeetyl- a-D-glucopyranosyl bromide in ethanol in the presence of po- tassium hydroxide afforded four new S-β-D-acetylglucosides. The dcacetylation of S-β-D-aeetylglucosides using dry ammo- nia in methanol gave four new S-β-D-glueosides. The struc- tures of these compounds were confirmed by 1HNMR, FAB- MS and elementary analyses.
