摘要
社会转型以来,俄罗斯师范教育高度重视教师的培养质量。为了进一步提升教师培养的质量和水平,俄罗斯坚持教师教育个性化发展理念,着力培养具有个性化的新型教师。作为教育改革的战略举措,个性化教师培养具有科学的理论基础、明确的培养目标和具体的操作策略,推动了教师教育改革从宏观层面进入到微观层面,对于提升俄罗斯教师个性化的专业能力起到了积极的作用。
Since its social transformation, Russia's normal education attaches great importance to the quality of teacher training. In order to further promote the quality and the level of teacher training, Russia is sticking to the concept of new personalized teacher education, and focusing on cultivating personalized teachers. As the strategic measures in education reform, Personalized teacher training has a scientific rationale, explicit practicing goal and concrete operation strategy, promote the reform of teacher education from the macro level into the micro-level, and played an active role in promoting Russian teacher' s personalized and specialized ability.
