摘要
铝基上电沉积制备PbO2镀层工艺复杂,镀层与基体结合不牢固。采用电沉积法在铝基上制备PbO2镀层,探讨了不同工艺条件对镀层表面形貌及成分的影响,测试了不同工艺条件所得PbO2镀层作为电极在50 g/L Zn2+,150 g/L H2SO4溶液中的强化寿命。结果表明,不同工艺所得PbO2镀层的表面形貌明显不同:醋酸体系得到的镀层颗粒最大,碱性体系得到的α-PbO2的比表面积最大;先碱性镀,再硝酸体系镀得的镀层不同电流密度下表面形貌有很大差别,且出现了层状镀层;碱性条件下所得的为纯α-PbO2镀层,硝酸体系下得到的为β-PbO2;α-PbO2镀层的电解寿命短,以α-PbO2作中间层,再镀β-PbO2的电解寿命长,槽电压稳定。
PbO2 coatings were prepared on the surface of aluminum substrate by electrodeposition.The effect of electroplating conditions on the surface morphology and composition of as-deposited PbO2 coatings was investigated,and the electrolysis lifetime of the coatings as electrodes in the solutions of 50 g/L Zn2+ and 150 g/L H2SO4 was evaluated as well.Results indicate that PbO2 coatings obtained under different electroplating conditions have different surface morphology.Namely,the PbO2 coatings obtained in acetic acid bath have a larger grain size,and α-PbO2 coatings obtained in alkaline bath have a larger specific surface area.Besides,when the Al substrate is first electroplated in alkaline bath and then electroplated in acetic acid bath,the morphology of resultant dual-layer PbO2 varies significantly with varying current density.Moreover,the coating obtained in alkaline bath consists of α-PbO2 and that obtained in nitric acid bath consists of β-PbO2,while α-PbO2 coating has a short electrolysis lifetime.Furthermore,the dual-layer coating consisting of β-PbO2 on α-PbO2 intermediate layer has a longer electrolysis lifetime than single phase coating,and the bath voltage is stable.
