摘要
【目的】为探求绿色木霉菌发酵液对杧果炭疽菌的抑制机制,【方法】以杧果炭疽菌为供试菌,研究绿色木霉菌及其发酵液对杧果炭疽菌菌丝生长、孢子萌发、无机磷的吸收、细胞通透性的影响。【结果】绿色木霉菌发酵液处理后杧果炭疽菌菌丝严重枯萎变形;处理24 h,孢子萌发率比对照组低86.40%;无机磷吸收基本停止;核酸、蛋白质等大分子渗漏严重;杧果炭疽菌胞内可溶性蛋白及还原糖含量明显少于对照组。【结论】绿色木霉菌发酵液能够破坏杧果炭疽菌细胞的完整性,抑制杧果炭疽菌生长。
【Objective】The mechanism of Trichoderma viride fermentation broth against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz was studied.【Method】C.gloeosporioides Penz,was treated with T.viride fermentation broth,then the hypha growth,spore germination,absorption of phosphoru and membrane permeability of C.gloeosporioides Penz was determined.【Result】The hypha treated with T.viride fermentation broth withered and deformed seriously,and the spore germination in the test group was 86.40% lower than in the control group.Besides,the absorption of phosphorus was almost stopped,both nucleic acid and protein outflowed seriously after the application of T.viride fermentation broth;the contents of reducing sugar and soluble protein in test group were significantly lower than in control group.【Conclusion】T.viride fermentation broth could undermine the integrity of C.gloeosporioides Penz's cell,and suppress the growth of C.gloeosporioides Penz.
